As I was interested in investing in Bangalore real estate because the value of any investment was sure to rise high in the near future, I decided to book a train ticket to the city for the purchase. Travelling by train would be the most comfortable means of commuting to the city.

I purchased tickets through the IRCTC website, which showed me details about the Tippu Express, Mysore to Bangalore train timings, based on which I completed my booking in just minutes.

Journey to Bangalore Was On the Majestic Tippu Express

The majestic Tippu Express is an AC chair car train that had all facilities and comforts, a passenger would need. The journey fro Mysore to Bangalore was a short two hour and twenty minutes one, with only one halt at Mandya. I soon saw myself getting down at the KSR Bangalore City Junction.

The KSR Bangalore City Junction is modern and serviced various cities in the south and north of the country. By reaching this station, those wanting to commute to Bangalore and any location close to the city can do so easily. The station has the latest passenger facilities and comforts.

It offered detailed information on the billboard about all trains that are arriving and departing making it clear for passengers to find out train status. The station has ten platforms and about 88 trains arrive at it every day, out of which 63 are express trains.
It can be accessed by two entrances. It also connects with Kempagowda Bus Station and Namma Metro, through which passengers can access desired locations inside the city. I took at cab to the hotel where accommodation had been booked.

Stay Was In a Comfortable Hotel Eagleton - The Golf Resort , Bangalore

My stay was in a lovely three-star hotel, which pampered me with latest guest comforts and facilities. My room was well furnished and had features such as wi-fi and telephone, which I would need during my stay.  The room also had an attached bath.  I could use to make coffee or tea as and when required inside the room.  After I spoke to the real estate agent, I booked a cab to go and meet him in his office so that I could proceed in purchasing the property I desired.

Property Purchase, Sightseeing and Return

I was shown across to the property that I wanted to buy. I inspected it and after asking questions to the agent, I told him that I would like to proceed with the purchase. As all paper formalities would be completed in a day or two, I left back to the hotel to wait for a call from the agent about the next step. During the time when paper document preparations and other formalities were underway, I visited key locations in Bangalore such as Lal Bagh, Cubbon Park, Banerghtta National Park, Wonder La, Bangalore Palace etc.

The agent called back and we went to his office to complete transaction formalities.  With the property documents in my hand I reached the hotel and prepared to pack for my journey back to Mysore by train.
